• How do I pay?

  • Cash on-site in the red cash box inside the black tote, or we'll send an invoice using Square straight to your email.​

• How do I unlock the trailer?

  • Each trailer is equipped with a Hitch Lock. The key is in a small grey box that will be secured by a magnet to the tongue of the trailer. You may have to look around if the last person didn't return it to the same spot...people are strange. Simply input the code that was given to you by the T&M Staff, and the box should open. Please ensure you return the box to the tongue of the trailer and relock it before you leave. ​

• Are there extra straps/tarps/spare tire?

  • At the main site, there is a tote containing extra items. ​

  • Some, but not all, trailers are equipped with a spare. 

• Are the equipment and trailers insured?

  • Yes, we're fully insured through Thomas Bradley Insurance. Each trailer contains proof of insurance. ​

• Am I being tracked?

  • Yes, there are trackers on the trailers to keep tabs on location and in the event they are stolen.​

• When can I pick up the trailer/equipment?

  • Example 1: 1/2 Day AM Utility Trailer rental

    • You can pick it up any time after 6 AM and return it before 1 PM to ensure it's ready for someone else to possibly use it at 1 PM. ​

  • Example 2: Full Day Enclosed Trailer Rental

    • Pickup as soon as 6 AM and technically it would be until 8 PM, but unless told otherwise, it technically doesn't need to be returned until 6 AM.​

• Do you think *Insert Random Vehicle/Object Here* would fit on this trailer?

  • I have no idea. Use your brain. Read the trailer's information/restrictions/weight rating. You're an adult. ​

• Do you offer a Veteran's Discount?

  • Yes! Make sure you say you're a Veteran to get a sweet discount! Thank you for your service!​

• What if I am going to be late or want to keep the trailer/equipment longer than the original lease?

  • Call or message ASAP. This allows us to ensure we reach out to other customers who may be impacted by it or create an additional course of action.​

• Can I pick up early or the night before?

  • Maybe. This depends on the same thing as above; if someone else was or is using it, you may not be able to. ​

• Do you have gift cards? Merchandise? 

  • Yes! Click here!​

• Do you sell trailers and equipment?

  • Not at this time unless we're replacing something in our fleet.​

• Do you deliver?

  • Not at this time due to military/work obligations for the most part, but you can always ask. If any T&M Staff are available, we may be able to make something work for an additional fee.​

• Do you do repairs?

  • Not at this time. In the future!​
