• How do I pay?

  • A secure invoice will be sent using Square straight to your email.​

• I signed the agreement and paid. Now what?

  • A code will be provided to unlock the trailer keybox located on the trailer's tongue. The trailers are parked inside the fence at KEW Trucking. Once you are finished with your rental, please send a picture to 920-639-5772 or email tandmleasing@gmail.com with your name.​

• Are there extra straps/tarps/spare tire?

  • Additional straps and tarps are available upon request. Currently, only the dump trailer is unequipped with a spare.

• Are the equipment and trailers insured?

  • Yes, we're fully insured, and each trailer contains proof of insurance.​

​

• Am I being tracked?

  • Yes, there are trackers on the trailers to keep tabs on location and in the event they are stolen.​​​

• What if I am going to be late or want to keep the trailer/equipment longer than the original rental period?

  • Call or message ASAP. This allows us to ensure we reach out to other customers who may be impacted by it or create an additional course of action.​

• Can I pick up early or the night before?

  • The trailers are kept inside another business's fence that is locked outside of the hours 6 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday (KEW Trucking). There is a key box located off-site at 2706 Maryland Ave. Racine, WI 53403, which you can pick up/return outside of the above hours. ​

• Do you have gift cards? Merchandise? 

  • Yes! Click here!​

• Do you deliver?

  • Yes, we can pick up, deliver, and dump for an extra fee. ​

• Do you do repairs?

  • Not at this time. In the future!​
